Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Delivery rates
Courier delivery is a flat rate based on your pack: 1 bottle R110, 2 bottles R110, 6 bottles R170, 12 bottles R225. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
2. Delivery areas
Standard courier rates apply to major centres. Certain outlying or remote destinations may require an additional courier surcharge. We will contact the customer before dispatch if this applies.
3. Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the courier once payment has been confirmed. Courier bookings are made manually with The Courier Guy or Fastway. Once your order is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number where one is available.
4. Collection
Free collection is available in Somerset West, Western Cape. Collection details and available collection times will be supplied after your order has been confirmed.
5. Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Returns
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return courier costs are for the customer's account unless the return is due to our error. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment provider, normally within 10 business days of the returned goods being received.
8. Cancellations
An order may be cancelled at no charge any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
